Fyrio Soluções Climatização, Unipessoal Lda is sincerely committed to the protection of Personal Data collected from Data Subjects (hereinafter “User”, “you”) offline, for example through paper forms, contracts, statements (hereinafter “Forms”) or online, via https://www.Fyrio.pt (hereinafter “Website”) and via, for example, FYRIO SOLUÇÕES CLIMATIZAÇÃO, UNIPESSOAL LDAs (web), software and digital tools (hereinafter “Applications”).

Fyrio Soluções Climatização, Unipessoal Lda is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) No 679/2016 (GDPR) and any future legislation implementing that Regulation that comes into force in the Member State where they are established.

CONTROLLERS
We inform you that any Personal Data you provide offline through Forms or online through the Website and/or Applications will be used for the purposes described below by Fyrio Soluções Climatização, Unipessoal Lda, with registered office at Rua 31 de Janeiro, 13-A, 4 andar, 9050-011 Sé Funchal (legal person number 517.483.238), in its capacity as Data Controller (see key concepts).

Fyrio Soluções Climatização, Unipessoal Lda acts as Data Controller for Personal Data collected offline via Forms or online via the Website and/or Applications.

2. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND PURPOSES

Informing customers about the approaching maintenance deadline.

Distribution of products and services.

FYRIO SOLUÇÕES CLIMATIZAÇÃO, UNIPESSOAL LDA uses Personal Data for the distribution of products, based on the performance of a contract/fulfilment of a legal obligation and in particular to:

facilitate the delivery of products, spare parts and services (for example, Personal Data is included in delivery notes when transporting a purchased product); or
optimise sales and services by making offers to customers; or

monitor the technical data of installations and the status of contracts and projects; or

Supplier management.

As a supplier of heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment (including heat pumps and thermal panels) and business solutions, FYRIO SOLUÇÕES CLIMATIZAÇÃO, UNIPESSOAL LDA is able to provide the User with information tailored to the User and their needs (for example, using your transaction data, FYRIO SOLUÇÕES CLIMATIZAÇÃO, UNIPESSOAL LDA can inform the User about services, offers and suggestions related to their purchase. This is called “direct marketing”.
