The guarantee conditions are as follows:

1. Fyrio sells and installs equipment and materials made available by the representative/supplier/producer/importer of the respective brand of equipment and/or material.

2. The conditions applicable to the guarantee provided to the Customer are those provided in current legislation, as well as, if applicable, those established by the representative/supplier/producer/importer of the respective brand of equipment and/or material purchased by the Customer.

3. The guarantee covers the installation of equipment and/or material only when the installation is provided by Fyrio or carried out under its responsibility.

4. Unless expressly established otherwise, no commercial guarantees are provided to the Customer, who is covered by legal compliance guarantee obligations.

5. The guarantee conditions vary depending on whether the Customer is a natural person or a legal entity, as well as whether the use of the equipment and/or material is for personal use or within the scope of the Customer’s commercial, industrial, artisanal or professional activity.

6. Fyrio is not bound by public statements made at previous stages of the business chain, namely in advertising or labelling, that do not correspond to the quantity/quality or characteristics, including durability, functionality, compatibility and safety of equipment and/or materials.
